I can't wait for this to open. I've met the owners in person, and they are a joy to talk to, as is the food they make. But by no means does this mean they fall short on entrepreneurial aspect of things. This is definitely not their first Rodeo, as they've open and run several other successful eateries. Best of luck to them; I'll be first in line opening day.
