When I walked into the Barbeque Inn, I felt like I was walking into the restaurant where I worked in high school. A very old time feel where waitresses wear uniforms and are polite and friendly. I wanted to try everything. So, I started with the ribs appetizer. They tender and smokey. The sauce is a little sweet with a hint of spice. I would have liked more spice, but I think it was very tasty and went well on the ribs. For my entre I ordered the all dark meat fried chicken. It came with one leg and two thighs... Perfect! They were juicy and hot and messy... Perfect! To complete the message I had the coconut meringue pie. It was a slice of heaven for me. I highly recommend this place.

Neighborhood family owned barbecue restaurant operating for decades. Very helpful & friendly waitresses.Constantly providing refills and checking on you. Food is cooked to order so order an appetizer as it will take approx 30 mins for food.
Cons: Fried chicken was dark brown, indicating dirty oil. Greasy & had no flavor. Complained to waitress & host. No attempt to replace or refund. Sides are a slice of onion & 3 slices sweet pickle?? No biscuits or cornbread, only baskets of crackers.
Pros: Best egg potato salad pureed like mashed potatoes. Bbq sauce homemade, sweet & tangy.
Beef brisket was great, lean and tender. Sliced pork had untrimmed fat, not as tasty. Conclusion:
We may return for takeout IF management does the right thing.$38 for 2 dinners inc unlimited drinks.

Fantastic food and service. If you want to feel like you are going to grandma's to eat go here. Great if love to people watch. The clientele is unique and fun. Again I can not stress how great the food is.

This place is YUMMMMMY! There is not much room inside but its cozy. The waitresses are great and the food is plentiful home cooking. The fried chicken is the star but if you want some, you will have to wait a little while for it to be freshly cooked for you. So Worth the Wait
